Before your system is installed

There are many things to consider before you install, upgrade, or replace your existing system. Vanguard will help you answer all these questions.  

1.  Can you integrate and repurpose parts of your current system?   

2.  What are your current security objectives and will these objectives hold in 3 years without significant reinvestment?

3.  How many people will need remote access to the system?  And, who and at what capacity is your Internet upload speed?   

4.  What are your video storage requirements?   

Maintaining your System

Whether your system is installed by Vanguard or with another company, maintenance is vital to keep your system functional and working properly.   

Vanguard offers automated alerts to notify you when your camera, network link, or security recorder has failed. 

 

Our system will dispatch a technician automatically or inform your key personnel of the issue immediately!

We also offer fixed monthly support contracts that will fit your budget and give you no surprise cots.  

After your system is installed

In our opinion this is the most critical and often most overlooked part. 

 

Many security providers install the system and do not train their customers on how to use the system AND do not check how the system performs in the evening ensuring that 24/7 the security objective is met.   

Customer's also forget about their system until and incident happens and in some cases they are disappointed that the system did not record.

Our experience has shown that when our customers grow in their business, the need for "incident response" is key to protect the company and safeguard the video forensic evidence.
